Club Logo Design Contest

Calling all designers – amateurs and pros alike!  BLUEgrass Runners wants a new look.  Create and submit a new club logo concept, and if your design is chosen to be the club’s new logo, you’ll win a $100 gift card to John’s Family of Stores in Lexington. 

Contest Rules:

1. Contest open to club members and non-members.  Only U.S. residents are eligible to receive the prize.

2. Design a unique logo for BLUEgrass Runners. Electronic submissions are preferred, but hand-drawn concepts will be accepted.
 
3. Submit your logo concept via email to bgrwebsite@gmail.com or by mail to BLUEgrass Runners, c/o Element Market Research, 230 Lexington Green Circle, Suite 200, Lexington KY 40503.
 
4. Submissions must be received by midnight on March 1, 2010.

5. There is NO LIMIT on the number of submissions per person.
 
6. The BGR Communications Committee will review all submissions and select three finalists to be voted on by the club membership. Votes will be accepted electronically and via mail and will not be anonymous to ensure that only one vote per member is cast.
 
7. The logo receiving the most votes from club membership will be the winner. In the event of a two-way tie, a second membership vote will be used to break the tie.  The judges reserve the right to use an alternate tie-breaker in the event of a three-way tie.
 
A winning logo should be usable on club apparel as well as in communications materials.  The winning logo will become the property of BLUEgrass Runners.
